The 5th day of Janathon meant back to work. It’s always such a shock to the system to have to actually be somewhere at a specific time. Getting three others out makes for a hectic morning. Added to that the frigid morning temps meant no run today. Instead some morning yoga, a new strength workout courtesy of Runner’s World that used sneakers in your hands instead of on your feet, and then nighttime yoga at an actual yoga studio with Thing 2. This was our first studio experience. We didn’t fall over, so I’m considering it a success.
